What is your shipping Policy?
I ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All artwork will be insured through these companies at the piece’s retail cost. If there is damage in the shipping there generally is a wait period for the claim to be processed. Because I pack pieces extremely well, damaged pieces are extremely rare; however, if you receive damaged artwork, please contact me. I will work with the collector and the shipping company to remedy the situation.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I make and sell original artworks that are highly crafted and conceptualized. As such, the collector of my art will need to be fully committed to the purchase of each sculpture and/or functional object, as all sales are final once the financial transaction is made. I appreciate the opportunity to know and talk with collectors of my work; so, if you have questions prior to purchasing any of my pieces please contact me.
